Project Description
:
There were dysfunctional toilets in the Kulad High school and Balaramprasad High School. Studies have revealed the non-availability of toilets is one of the reasons for low enrollment of girls into the school and its unavailability also has a negative impact upon the retention.The projects aims to ensure a structure that is more healthy and hygienic for the children which affects not only enrollment but also retention of girl child in the school. By constructing two toilets for boys and girls in the Kulad High school and 2 toilets in the Balaramprasad Girls High school were constructed in each school.
