Illiterate women were enabled to become literate through Adult Education, subsequently they are organized in to Self Help Groups, through sensitization and awareness Woman are organized into Self Help Groups for Saving Credit activities, SHGs, after formation undergo training on norm setting, system establishment, accounting, leadership development, conflict management, communication, vision building, exposure attain maturity and become eligible for taking up livelihood initiatives, these literate women impart vision building leadership skills along with micro credit group management as empowering initiatives, book writers are introduced in the group with the objective of creating a support system through a band of service providers for the Self Help Groups in different villages
