Project Description

To create awareness among people on health a book name Health Is Life in both the local Odia and English languages are being published covering/containing importance of taking good food, exercise, sleep, fluids and their effect on physical well being, appearance, mental health, and even emotional condition. The book helps in building knowledge, skills, and positive attitudes about health and also motivates to improve and maintain their health, prevent disease, and reduce risky behaviors. Such books have been distributed to the students of different schools of S & P and M & R Complex.
