: Construction of Second phase( Hall & library room) of work for Kapileshwar mahavidyalaya, Duburi

Project Description

: Kapileshwar Mahavidyalaya is a government aided college situated at Duburi. It comes under Danagadi block. It provides education to art stream students. It has total strength of around 330 students. More than 60 percent of students are belonging to SC & ST communities. There are existing four classrooms, computer room, store room, staff room and small common room inside the school campus. Last Year, The School authority had requested for construction of 8 new classrooms, 1 library room, 1 common hall & toilets for girls & staff. However, we had planned to construct two classroom, one library Hall, one common hall and toilets but in a phase wise manner. Under which we had already constructed 3500 sqft of college building comprising two classrooms &Toilets in a ground floor at a cost of Rs 40.23 lakhs (Approx.) in FY 17-18. This year, we would like to construct one library and common hall at first floor. Common halls can be used for different purposes such as an audio-visual presentation, conducting educational seminars, focusing the attention of entire students on a single point etc. Library is a central point for all kinds of reading, cultural activities, access to information, knowledge building, deep thinking and lively discussion.
