Project Description
:
The main objective of rural hatt will be to provide a marketing platform to the local farmers as well as SHG members to sell their local products as well as retail outlets for supply of quality hygienic products to the consumers.Bhumi Bhumipuja to start Rural Hatt was organized with GP and RHMC, members on 18th October.Mr. S Pal, DDM NABARD-Rayagada and Mr.Lokanath Kondagiri, Sarpanch Gadiseshkhal graced the occasion as Chief Guest. Prof Prafulla Dhal-GM CSR JK Paper shared the concept and need of the Hatt to the audience. The speakers encouraged the villagers for cooperation to inaugurate the project on 26th Jan 2020.DDM also reviewed the progress and suggested for bio monthly meetings of RHMC on progress, planning, monitoring and claim submission to NABARD in the demarcated 1.37 Acres. The estimated budget for the above work is Rs.12,00,000/- of which JK Paper CSR has released Rs.9,00,000/- to Panchayat.
