:
Women institutions are formed across panchayats in 3 tier structure SHG, CLF and GPLF. Women have been appointed as office bearers of these institutions. This project involves building capacity of these women and help them in understanding their roles and responsibilities and enable them in the decision making process. Moral Rearmament is also a part of this project which helps the women to understand self.
