Project Description
:
NALCO Foundation partnered with Sri Sri University (Art of Living)to execute Youth leadership training program in Damanjodi & Pottangi periphery villages. The prime objective of this program to provide life skill as well as soft skill to the youth (Karmayog) which inculcate the leadership quality in them. The program includes- Youth Leadership Training Program, Health & wellness Program, Gap Analysis training for Panchayat volunteers, Special focused training for Women & EWR (Elected Women Representative), Training on Good governance to PRI members, Livelihood training through SHG, Plantation activities. Awareness & sensitization by IEC/BCC activity. Clean village making.
