To make Puri a tourist friendly place and attract more tourists a park has been established. The park has become a major tourist attraction now. Efforts are being made towards beautification and safety of the park. Civil and maintenance of the park to maintain its beauty is continuing. After the Devastating effect of the Cyclone FANI, renovation and beautification works are undertaken to restore the previous beauty of the Park
