Identifying, developing and facilitating serious sporting talent among rural youth. Through this project we have identified and running grassroot training centre for football, athletics & kabaddi sports in Kalinganagar, where 550 trainees trained under 10 professional coaches in the respective fields of sports and ensuring the youth engaged have improved placement in various academies/ teams at Dist / state / national / international level
