: Regional Initiatives for Safe Sexual Health by Todays Adolescents (RISHTA)
: 1. Adolescent-centric Approach (a). promoting healthy behaviour among adolescents (b). Addressing school dropouts. (c). Vocational coureses/training linkage. (d). Developing young changemakers. 2. Sathiya (peer educators) led approach- Apeer-led approach increases the accessibility and quality of information, counseling and service to ensure that adolescents are able to realize their full potentioal by making informed decision related to their nutrition and ARSH. The project proposes to initiae a peer-led approach in which leads SATHIYA will be identified,trained, and supported to lead regular informational session for adolescents in their community. SATHIYA would be trained and developed to lead a group 30 adolescents with the task of educating them on ARSH issues, providing counseling to adolescents and also working as one-poin support for refferal for various issues such as higher education. 3. Collaboration Approach- witgh youth-led organizations across the country for providing exposure yo youth from our program and with district administratgion and line departments ( education, health,community mobilization, etc.) 4. Community-Centric Approach- forming and strengthening community-led organisation that is VLCPC ( village level child protection committee and YRC ( youth resource club).
