The project aims to reduce the prevalence and burden of NCDs in targeted areas by implementing a comprehensive strategy involving primary prevention, community-based screening, and early identification and referral. The project will build the capacity of healthcare workers, create peer leaders, and facilitate Behavior Change Communication sessions to promote healthy lifestyles and early detection of NCDs
