Tata Steel offers Jyoti Fellowship as part of its Affirmative Action policy to meritorious students from economically backward Scheduled Caste and Schedule Tribe families and enables them to accomplish educational and career aspirations. Tata Steels Tribal Cultural Society (TCS) identifies deserving candidates from operational areas of the company on a merit-based test process. Tata Steel Foundation awarded Jyoti Fellowship to 87 meritorious students from FAMD area
