The area is located on the border of Orissa and Jharkhand. It is especially known as elephant corridor. Due to elephant menace, the agricultural area in the peripheral villages of Joda has come down. Maximum number of farmers is giving their priorities to non-farm sector. The horticulture has potential in this area and it will increase addition income of the families. So we are planning to start a orchard of custard apples, Mango, Plum fruits, lemons & papayas plantations. This plantation can provide employment to the people along with other agricultural activiti
