In DISHA, the aim is to enable rural women within the next five years by transforming them into change-makers in the community through socio-political and digital empowerment by making systematic investments to enhance their participation surrounding by aam sabha, social institutions and productivity and also create a sustain model of rural women. It will empower women to take up strategic positions in the society and decision-making in institutions/ bodies as well as empower them as advocates for human rights and gender-based development issues within their communities.
