The Outdoor Leadership Programs are a series of multi-sport games, outdoor team activities, and coordinated group tasks conducted in a natural setting designed to reinforce valuable team-building lessons among the youth participants. A key objective of Outdoor Leadership Camps (OLC) is to increase self-confidence and provide a systematic approach to building teams so that holistic individual development can be achieved.
