Tata Steel has been facilitating to empower women through various socio-economical activities in it periphery villages. As a part of income generation activities, the SHGs of the area were promoted with mushroom cultivation ,duck rearing Backyard poultry.We have provided the shed materials & constructed shed of mushroom,Goat & Backyard poultry.
