Project Description
:
Extended financial support to SEBAGHAR for undertaking the repair and maintenance of its Creche-cum-School and Sewing Training Centre, which serves children and women from nearby slum communities. The assistance enabled refurbishment of classrooms, repair of essential facilities, and improvement of learning and training spaces to ensure a safe, hygienic and child-friendly environment.The upgraded infrastructure has enhanced early childhood care services for slum-dwelling children and strengthened vocational training opportunities for women through an improved sewing training setup. The initiative has contributed to better access to education, skill development, and overall community upliftment.Through this support, NALCO reaffirmed its commitment to inclusive growth by enabling grassroots institutions to continue their impactful work among vulnerable groups.
