Project Description
:
Extended financial assistance to the Language and Learning Foundation (LLF) to implement an early language and learning enhancement programme in Nuapada District, Odisha. The initiative focused on strengthening foundational literacy among young learners, particularly in government primary schools. Through this support, LLF provided capacity-building for teachers, developed learning materials in child-friendly formats and introduced activity-based classroom practices to improve reading, writing and comprehension skills. Regular mentoring, monitoring and community engagement further contributed to improved learning outcomes and greater participation of students from marginalised communities. The programme has played a significant role in enhancing the quality of early education in Nuapada, empowering children with stronger foundational skills and supporting the states broader objective of improving learning levels at the primary stage.
