Financial assistance to initiatives aimed at creating a safer, more equitable environment for women and girls across the state of Odisha. The support focused on strengthening awareness, prevention, and response mechanisms related to gender-based violence through community outreach, capacity-building, and support services.The initiative emphasised sensitisation programmes, counselling support, and empowerment activities designed to help women and girls recognise their rights, access assistance, and build confidence to lead violence-free lives. Collaboration with grassroots organisations and community stakeholders ensured wider reach and sustained impact.Through this intervention, NALCO contributed to fostering safety, dignity, and wellbeing for women and girls, reinforcing its commitment to social justice and inclusive community development.
