Project Description

With the objective to reduce the practice of open defecation and make the village open defecation free (ODF) Vedanta Limited, Jharsuguda partnered with Rural Water Supply Sanitation Department and Subhalaxmi Cooperativefor construction of Individual Household latrine (IHL) in the peripheral villages. The project is aligned the vision of our Honble Prime Minister towards Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. Massive awareness camp has been conducted for behaviour change and communication.
