Tata Steel Ltd (TSL) CSR works to empower the rural and indigenous communities in and around Tata Steels areas of operation. Current CSR Project follows a new structured approach to empower the communities of Kalinganagar, Joda, and Gopalpur through a skilling initiative. As the youth of these areas are being skilled in IT and English, it will definitely improve their employability because of industry recognises NIIT certificate.
