"Odisha has transformed into an economic powerhouse in the past decade. While the state is heading towards rapid socio-economic development, we want to continue being the preferred investment destination in the country.

Towards this endeavor, our major focus has been to foster collaboration and partnerships with companies to align social and environmental efforts with their business purpose and values. We want to help the companies build a coherent CSR strategy which benefits the society as a whole.

The CSR institutionalization framework is a step in this direction and we hope to achieve this mission in partnership with the companies. I wish luck to all the stakeholders including the companies, to have fruitful investments in the state, and come ahead to support the social as well as environmental causes. "
